Irash
Copyright Infringement and Stolen Content Removal Services
Copyright content removal is most effective when ownership, use and publication history are documented before a notice is sent. A copied article, photograph, video, design or campaign asset can spread across websites and social platforms within hours, while search engines continue surfacing the copies long after the original infringement begins.
Irash helps creators, companies, agencies, executives and rights owners assess stolen content, preserve evidence and pursue the most relevant platform, publisher, hosting or search route. We are based in Dubai and support copyright and stolen content removal matters across the UAE, GCC and international markets.

What types of stolen content can be assessed?
Copyright protects original expression, not every idea, fact or style. A practical review starts by identifying exactly what was created, who owns it and how the disputed copy was used.
- Articles, reports, website copy and product descriptions
- Photographs, illustrations, graphics and campaign artwork
- Videos, showreels, interviews, podcasts and recorded courses
- Website layouts, downloadable resources and presentation materials
- Music, voice recordings and other original audio
- Software documentation, original code and digital products
- Copied social posts, advertisements and branded creative
- Unauthorised mirrors, downloads and reposted media
Not every similarity is infringement. Licensing terms, fair dealing or fair use, public-domain material, quotation and local law can change the analysis. Where a legal determination is required, we recommend review by qualified counsel.
Our copyright content removal process
1. Preserve the evidence
We record the original work, publication date, source files, ownership records, disputed URLs, screenshots, account names and relevant search results. We also note whether the copy has been edited, translated, cropped, watermarked or republished through several domains.
2. Confirm ownership and authority
A platform may ask the claimant to explain how the rights were acquired. We organise dated source files, contracts, invoices, licences, assignment records, archive links and other proof that supports the claim. If an agency, employee or contractor created the work, the rights position should be checked before submission.
3. Map the removal routes
The right route may be a platform copyright form, publisher notice, hosting-provider process, marketplace complaint, search-engine request or counsel-led notice. We prioritise the original or highest-visibility source where possible because removing one copy does not automatically remove every mirror.
4. Prepare an accurate submission
A strong notice identifies the protected work, the disputed material, the rights owner and the requested action. It should be specific enough for the recipient to compare the two works without guessing. We do not support false copyright complaints, attempts to suppress criticism or claims made without authority.
5. Track responses and reappearances
We monitor acknowledgements, counter-notices, restored content, new copies and search visibility. If a provider asks for clarification, we organise the response. If the dispute becomes contested, legal advice may be required before further action.
Website and article plagiarism removal
Copied articles and commercial website content can outrank the original source, confuse customers and weaken brand authority. We compare the publication history, identify substantial copied passages and map the publisher, domain and hosting relationships.
When a copied page has gained search visibility, the response may combine source removal with Google search result removal and de-indexing. Search action and source action are separate, so the case should address both when appropriate.
Stolen images and video removal
Photographs and videos are often reposted without credit, used in fake advertising or attached to impersonation accounts. The response depends on who created the work, whether rights were assigned, and whether the use is covered by a licence or exception.
If stolen media is being used to copy an identity or deceive customers, our fake account and impersonation removal service can address the account conduct alongside the copyright issue. For video-specific cases, see our YouTube video removal service.

Copyright removal in Dubai and worldwide
Irash coordinates evidence and platform-facing submissions for clients in Dubai, across the UAE and internationally. Major platforms may use standardised reporting systems, but ownership rules, exceptions and dispute procedures vary by jurisdiction. Our service is operational and evidence-led. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and we involve appropriate counsel when a matter requires legal interpretation or litigation strategy.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee that copied content will be removed?
No. Platforms, publishers, hosts and courts control their own decisions. We assess the evidence, choose a legitimate route and manage the submission and follow-up.
Do I need a registered copyright?
Registration requirements differ by jurisdiction and process. Many platforms accept evidence of authorship or ownership, while some disputes benefit from formal registration. We assess what the recipient requires and flag when legal guidance is appropriate.
Can a negative article be removed through copyright?
Only if there is a genuine copyright basis. Copyright should not be used to silence criticism or remove truthful reporting merely because it is unwanted. Other issues may need a correction, privacy, defamation or reputation strategy.
What happens if the uploader files a counter-notice?
A counter-notice can create deadlines and legal consequences. We review the response and recommend that the rights owner obtain qualified legal advice before deciding the next step.
Can you remove all copies?
No provider can responsibly promise complete removal across the internet. We prioritise the original source, high-visibility copies and search results, then monitor meaningful reappearances.
